Our returns and exchange policy is quite simple. If you want to return a product due to a defect or another issue, you should file a complaint withing 24 hours after the product has been delivered. If 24 hours have passed then no return complaint should be filed. When you file a complaint within 24 hours, we accept your complaint, you will have to return the product in the condition you accepted it (this also takes 7-12 business days to be delivered to us), we will either refund you or exchange the product with an alternate size or shade.
If a jacket is custom made then it is non-returnable. Please read our policies thoroughly before ordering.
